Logistiq Group Ltd is growing freight forwarding company with good understanding of road freight industry. We have team of professionals who can provide delivery solution to our clients in time every time.

Your Role
You will be dealing with daily operation by organising transport solutions for our customers. Handle day to day operational issues in professional manner.

Main responsibilities but not limited to:

organise orders and Forwarding by Road

- handle day-to-day operational issues maintain smooth flow of information
- upload data into system accurately and up to date, with special care and attention to job-costing estimates
- monitor own performance, and continually make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency
- liaise with clients about possible new leads or opportunities to expand services
- ensure that all quote requests are dealt with immediately, and are fully documented
- monitor market changes and inform Branch Manager regularly about buying/selling price trends
- liaise with subcontractors to build strong working relationships
- liaise with accounts - and other departments within the company.
- execute own tasks in compliance with ISO minimum standards
- make sure your own behaviour and telephone manner is up to Standards, and is presentable to all their

Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
