    Lead AWS's multi-billion dollar EMEA startup business as we revolutionize how entrepreneurs build and scale their ventures.

    About the Role

    In this once-in-a-career opportunity, you'll chart the vision and strategy to catalyze cloud adoption across Europe's most innovative startups, building a world-class team to drive exponential growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive strong revenue growth across all AWS services.
    • Methodically build AWS' presence in the Start-up industry across EMEA.
    • Deliver the right thought leadership, service offerings and execution that will catalyze significant adoption of AWS and cloud computing.

    Requirements

    • Executive-level experience leading a large organization across multiple functions.
    • Practical experience directly selling software products or technology services, and coaching sales reps and sales managers to do the same.
    • Well-networked in the Start-up Community, with the ability to leverage relationships to expand AWS' footprint in this customer segment.
    • Active listener and agile learner.

    Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $500,000 per year.
