Kingston Hospital and Hounslow & Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust are currently undergoing an exciting period of integration and we are seeking to appoint an additional Assistant HR Advisor to join the HR Advisory Team here in Kingston Hospital.
This is a varied and interesting role, and you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on operational HR processes including professional registrations and visa renewals, family related leave, advising on HR policies and procedures and dealing with general HR queries.
The role remit also covers managing the HR shared mailbox, coordinating mediation sessions and supporting the team with arranging and minuting HR meetings.
