Home Instead are a home care service supporting our community to live well at home, covering areas around Swindon and the Vale of White Horse.

We are rated
OUTSTANDING by CQC and have been
caring around the local area for 10 years. We provide our clients with
minimum 1-hour visits using small teams to ensure the best
continuity of care.

As a
Care Assistant, you will support clients with their daily routines including supporting with shopping trips, preparing hot meals, administering medication, supporting with personal care, taking people out to their appointments and much more.

How much does it pay?

We pay
£12.25 per hour weekdays &
£13.25 per hour for weekends. We also pay
£10 per hour travel time and
35p per mile mileage.

The role also comes with other

free Blue Light Card, double time Bank Holiday pay rates and much, much more

Additional Information

No experience? No problem

We provide an enhanced training programme so you are ready and trained for the role, and we support you throughout your journey.

We also allocate you a mentor so you have someone you can touch base with when you start.

What do we want from our Care Assistants?

A kind heart, compassion, an empathy towards others, and someone with a drive to give good quality care.

Ideally, we'd like you to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Please note this is
not mandatory
