Mô Tả Việc Làm:

Cử chỉ đầu mục của vị trí này là hợp tác cùng bộ phận kinh doanh và các nhóm liên quan để triển khai giải pháp mới sử dụng Adobe Campaign, Redpoint hoặc Unica. Vị trí này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về chủ đề hoạt động tiếp thị và nền tảng hoạt động tiếp thị cũng như hướng dẫn và giám sát các tài nguyên hoạt động tiếp thị khác.

Xây dựng và cấu hình công cụ Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Salesforce, Alterian hoặc SAS MA dưới sự hướng dẫn của kiến trúc sư nền tảng hoạt động tiếp thị.
Đánh giá mã SQL/SAS, hiểu được yêu cầu và phát triển hoạt động tiếp thị bằng cách sử dụng SQL hoặc công cụ tiếp thị.
Liên hệ trực tiếp với các nhóm nội bộ, giải quyết và quản lý các yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
Tác giả hỗ trợ các yêu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật có liên quan đến việc triển khai sản xuất tổ chức bên trong nền tảng hoạt động tiếp thị đã đề xuất.
Hiểu biết, tùy chỉnh và tối ưu hóa toàn bộ quy trình quản lý hoạt động tiếp thị để đưa vào các yêu cầu mới hoạt động tiếp thị, phát triển thử nghiệm, thực thi sản xuất và kiểm soát chất lượng.
