A flexible employer offering a hybrid opportunity has a new exciting opportunity to join their established team as a Senior Events Officer.
You will be coordinating and arranging logistics for a international conference plus regional conferences through the year. There are also smaller events to help arrange which will include venue sourcing and budget tracking. You will be liaising with various committees and liaising with speakers. As Senior Events Officer you will also be helping on virtual webinar events and website promotion of events.The key requirements for the Senior Events Officer opportunity:
- Clear experience supporting on a variety of events such as conferences
- Proven ability working with multiple events suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience helping to run hybrid face to face and virtual events
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to take own initiative and be calm under pressure
