Care Coordinator -

We currently have an opportunity for a Care Coordinator to work in our service setup in Greenwich It is a great opportunity for an individual looking for career development, and stability, and to develop in a professional context in this fast-growing care sector.
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for the administration and coordination of care services.
- Implementation of care rosters.
- Ensuring operations and services run smoothly and efficiently by allocating suitable Care Workers to client calls.
- Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and building a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
- Accurately maintaining client records.
- Ensuring staff rosters are complete on the staff management system.
- Supporting Branch Manager and assisting with daytoday running of the branch.
- Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications.
Requirement:
- Experience in Care is a

- Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle is a

Salary will be discussed based on experience.
