AFTERSALES ADVISOR /ADMINISTRATOR

MAGNA MAZDA POOLE
Our busy Mazda dealership in Poole is recruiting for an Aftersales Advisor/ Administrator
.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contacting customers, a day prior to their booking to confirm arrival, discuss expectations and requirements. (Pre calls)
• Generate job cards from bookings to make sure that the paperwork is present and correct ready for the customers arrival.
• Taking ownership of warranty enquiries, processing claims in line with manufacturer requirements, keeping customers up to date and informed, ensuring once complete, claims are processed and invoiced in a timely manner.
• Organise parts and special tools to ensure repairs can be completed on time for the customer and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Update customer and vehicle history files.
• Use internal systems to contact potential leads for required work and annual maintenance that is due and book in accordingly.
• Advising and updating customers, keeping them fully informed of the progress of their vehicle through the workshop along with accurate quotations for additional work and timescales.

Salary and Benefits

• 30 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays).

Hours:
Monday - Friday an hour off for lunch)

Saturday :30 on a rota basis (1 in 4)
