Description
Provide an excellent level of tenancy and neighbourhood management services to local neighbourhoods

  • Manage a range of Safeguarding and ASB cases to a high standard
  • Undertake regular estate inspections, monitoring estate services and fire safety inspections
  • Undertaking arrears management, court and legal processes
  • Oversee a high level of safeguarding at all times
  • To enforce tenancy conditions and to liaise with the antisocial behaviour caseworker, police and other agencies to ensure a coordinated response to antisocial behaviour
  • Take responsibility for own patch of properties
  • Identifying repairs, estate improvements and dealing working with internal and external partners to resolve local management issues
