Grounds maintenance operative

Temp to perm after 12 weeks

£11.60 per hour (£26,000 pa)


Our client is a leading grounds and garden maintenance business serving both residential and commercial clients in Dorset and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit aTeam Leader

- £26,000 salary for 40 hours per week.

  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated.

  • Competent at reading and following instructions.
  • Interest or experience in the industry an advantage.
  • PA1, PA6 an advantage.
  • Driving licence.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Garden and grounds maintenance.
  • Soft landscaping.
  • Planting
  • Weed control.
  • Winter gritting.
  • Daytoday management of the Team Members.
  • Fulfilling the daily schedule to a good quality level.
  • Responsible for the team's tools & equipment.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is maintained according to the schedule.
  • Upselling services by identifying extra works.
  • Providing simple quotes using our CRM software
