Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Administrator.
As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the accounting department.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and a passion for accuracy and efficiency.Duties:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures
- Monitor and manage company expenses
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
