We are looking for an Assistant Social Media Executive to join our growing social team.

We're looking for an Assistant Social Media Executive brimming with creativity to bring a new wave of innovative ideas and crafted content to our social media clients.

What will you be doing?

• You will be handson working on
  MintTwist internal social profiles and
  client profiles in a range of sectors.
• Participate in
  creative brainstorms to share your original ideas and see them brought to life in expansive digital campaigns.
• Be a part of the full
  content creation process, from filming and editing TikTok videos to graphic design and imaginative copywriting.
• Assist with daytoday
  social media management, including scheduling, publishing, and community management through Sprout Social.
• Take centre stage, acting as the face of social video content.
• Keep up to date with the
  latest trends and create reactive content. Also, helping the team stay up to date on the latest
  platform updates.
• With time, you will develop
  monthly reports to share performance with our clients and recommend adjustments for the coming month's content.
• You will report to our Director of Social Media while working closely with our Social Media Executive and Marketing Designer.
• Work on and collaborate with the broader marketing and communication strategy execution,
  collaborating with our paid media, PR, and potentially SEO teams too.

Who are you?

• An incredibly creative individual, ready to put your creative skills and ideas to practice.
• Has an eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. Plus, incredible attention to detail.
• Can demonstrate the ability to create engaging video content with snappy transitions via mobile.
• Oncamera confidence. A handraiser when it comes to features in video content, with the ability to appear naturally engaging and confident on camera during live or recorded sessions.
• Live and breathe social media and ready to take on the next challenge. Can demonstrate knowledge of platform best practices and how to adapt content to fit differing channels.
• Has some Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro / design software and/or video editing skills which you're keen to progress further.
• Good understanding of branding and marketing.
• Shows initiative and is a problem solver.
• Ability to work in fastpaced environments.
• Impeccable organisational and time management skills.
• A team player and collaborative nature.
• Any experience in video filming, lighting, framing and/or creating podcasts is a huge benefit.
• Ideally holds a Batchelor's degree in a marketing or designrelated course, but not essential.
