You will be supporting the HR team with Human Resources and administrative duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Employment Relations cases
  • Care take, chase, follow up our background vetting service for all new joiners
  • Create letters and other admin tasks
  • Be the first point of call for HR queries
  • Run the inductions for new hires
  • Any ad hoc duties that arise working in a small team Key skills
  • Experience in a previous HR role
  • Confidence to manage employment relations cases independently (but with support from the HRBP if required)
  • A proactive and forward thinking outlook
  • Willingness to help and 'get stuck in' as we are a small team with a variety of tasks
In Borehamwood office as and when needed for ER cases - or once a week


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
