In this role, you will:


  • Understanding core AML / BSA risk and incorporating best practices.
  • Work closely with the client onboarding team and facilitate new clients and periodic reviews.
  • Partner with WFS and corporate stakeholders to enable efficient and transparent front to end processing.
- lead change initiatives which promote overall process efficiency and effectiveness including changes to operating processes, procedures, and systems to keep a global consistency in service offering

  • Reviewing and validating customer information to ensure adherence to Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requirements.
  • Providing AML guidance and escalation to LOB stakeholders for complex accounts and relationships.
  • Driving consistency of AML operational practices and procedures
  • Updating procedures related to BSA / AML program.
  • Documenting process improvements and creating / managing action plans.
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of a riskbased compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in projects and initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate BSA/AML risk in business activities.

Job Expectations:


  • Proven experience working within Client Onboarding, preferable as a Facilitator within the Rates & FX LOB.
  • Experience in understanding legal documents required for onboarding clients.
  • Experience in client integration and management
  • Technical understanding of transaction lifecycle in FX and Rates (Additional asset classes is a plus)
  • Experience of financial institution experience.
  • Proven experience with external Institutional Client communications and interaction.
  • Relevant experience within Client Onboarding for financial company.
  • Relevant experience within a Compliance, AML/KYC or Operational risk team is preferred.
  • Experience working in a demanding fast
- paced financial institution, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work across global departments to build credibility and strong relationships.
  • Experience compiling metrics, customer profiles and maintaining SLA's preferred.
  • Strong listening and verbal/written communications
  • Strong presentation skills

Required Qualifications, International:


  • Experience in Institutional Investment Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Educated to an Alevel or Degree standard.
