Overview:


Salary:

£15,652 per annum.


Duties:


  • Learn Adwanted Connected and SRDS BRAD products comprehensively and provide helpdesk support and training remotely and inperson where necessary
  • Develop, grow and maintain strong working relationships with all clients and be the first port of call for queries, understanding when to escalate
  • Through helpdesk support to clients, regularly log and feedback on the systems to our product managers, reporting software bugs, record repeat requests or issues to help prioritise product development
  • Update content, focusing on gaps in data for Mediatel Connected with accurate and efficient data entry
  • Analyse and Interpret Data

What we are looking for:


Desirable skills:


  • Experience of working with the public or clients would be an advantage, and strong communications skills, both verbal and written are a must
  • You will be numerate with an ability to analyse and interpret data to find stories that will be of interest and helpful to our clients

Personal qualities:


  • Confident & outgoing
  • A love all things software and systems and the ability to learn new systems
  • This role requires someone who thrives on working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the media industry and the data that is used would be an advantage

Entry requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
