Overview:

Salary:

£15,652 per annum.

Duties:

Learn Adwanted Connected and SRDS BRAD products comprehensively and provide helpdesk support and training remotely and inperson where necessary
Develop, grow and maintain strong working relationships with all clients and be the first port of call for queries, understanding when to escalate
Through helpdesk support to clients, regularly log and feedback on the systems to our product managers, reporting software bugs, record repeat requests or issues to help prioritise product development
Update content, focusing on gaps in data for Mediatel Connected with accurate and efficient data entry
Analyse and Interpret Data

What we are looking for:

Desirable skills:

Experience of working with the public or clients would be an advantage, and strong communications skills, both verbal and written are a must
You will be numerate with an ability to analyse and interpret data to find stories that will be of interest and helpful to our clients

Personal qualities:

Confident & outgoing
A love all things software and systems and the ability to learn new systems
This role requires someone who thrives on working as part of a team
Knowledge of the media industry and the data that is used would be an advantage

Entry requirements:

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
