Description
We are looking to appoint an Occupational Health Administrative Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave to join our small team, which includes the Nursing staff and the OH Physician who provide a dedicated Occupational Health service to the University's staff and students.
Reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Nurse you will provide a high-quality reception and administrative support service and be the first point of contact for staff and students, dealing promptly with queries both face to face and over the telephone.
You will arrange appointments for the team and maintain the team's electronic and manual information systems as well as ensuring that stock levels of medical supplies and equipment are managed effectively.
You must be flexible and customer focused with excellent telephone and administrative skills and be able to deal with staff and students in a sensitive and friendly manner.
You must be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, be able to work well under your own initiative and have a passion for delivering a first class customer service.
