Up to £24,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is varied and demanding.

From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 4 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house L&D Team.

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be headhunting the best talent in the Engineering Industry

You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
You will develop your own client base and become their goto for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
You'll manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening calls to closing deals.
