Key Responsibilities

  • Support the head of service line in growing the team;
  • Execute delivery of existing projects;
  • Manage junior team members;
  • Help identity and deliver pitches to win new business;
  • Writing crosssector portfolio investment strategies;

Key Skills

  • MRICS qualified + at least 45 years' post qualified experience;
  • Crosssector understanding (commercial & residential; rural desirable but not essential) and experience of capital markets preferred;
  • Aptitude at devising and delivering PowerPoint presentations;
  • Ability to use Excel for efficient accurate analysis; financial modelling desirable but not essential;
  • Strong grasp of the value impact of asset level interventions;

Team Overview


Strategic Investment and Asset Management (SIAM) helps a range of investors in devising and executing their real estate investment strategies at a portfolio level.

We pride ourselves on our cross-sector experience and ability to solve complex problems through a multidisciplinary approach. Our clients range from public bodies to charities and Oxbridge Colleges, for whom we are long term, trusted advisors.


The team sits within the wider Operational Capital Markets division, but interacts constantly with a wider service group and other divisions within Savills.

Please note this role is located in London with potential regular travel to Cambridge.
