Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday running of the home floor, taking responsibility for assisting the residents' with all aspects of their daily living and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Leading a team of carers in providing personal care and assistance to all residents, providing your team with support and guidance to enhance their professional development.
- Liaising with external professionals and residents' families.
- Dispensing medication to all residents in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans.
- Reporting any issues with residents or staff to management team.
