The Opportunity:


This is the opportunity to be part of a growing financial services business and create a real impact from planning and overseeing the development and delivery of training through a variety of methods in preparation of system migration.

You will be bale to create your own creative approaches to training using your industry knowledge.


You'll be:


  • Monitoring and evaluating the training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Resolving any tailor training programs as necessary
  • Creating training materials
  • Analysing requirements for training
- training on shore and off shore staff

  • Creating training materials
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Have a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practice
  • Have experience of migration project ideally
  • Financial services experience
- closer to life and pensions the better but not essential

  • Have great communication skills
  • Have a programme / Project Management skillset
  • Have the ability to build relationships across a regulated industry
  • Are willing to get stuck in
