Delivery Consultants Required For Busy Search Firm - £24k-32k plus bonus plus fast track earning & career progression.

Our client is a well established executive search firm working solely retained mandates in the £80-£250k salary range across multiple verticals.

Due to the development of their business model over the past 5 years to a BD & delivery split and significant new client wins over the past 18 months, they are once again expanding their team in Yorkshire, Manchester and the North East to deliver upon their current and future extensive business pipeline.

They operate with great emphasis on the whole team and value intelligence, influencing skills, thoroughness and hard work.

There is a strong team culture driven through not only the business model and creation of a group of like-minded, motivated people but also the genuine focus on team building events and transparent remuneration policies which allow recruiters to grow to base salaries in excess of £50k in a relatively short period.
