Warehouse Team Leader

Co. Antrim

Salary - £25,000 + bonuses - Benefits include - life insurance, death in service + others


I am working with a leader within their field who are seeking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis.


About you

  • Experience of working within a fastmoving warehouse.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory experience

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will

  • Manage and Maintain Stock Accuracy of the Warehouse.
  • Responsible for conducting regular stock checks of Product Codes
  • Create a safe working environment within the Warehouse for all operatives.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels
  • Use HR tools and techniques to manage the wider operations
  • Use KPI measures to monitor and improve individual performances via weekly review
  • Ensure any stock variances are investigated and reported to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Continuously improve the warehouse process
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor to manage departmental activity
  • Ensure Picking and Packing Operations are carried out
  • Ensure Goods Collection / Trade Counter service provided is of high standard of quality
  • Other adhoc duties
