Key Responsibilities:

• Managing own ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding debt
• Building relationships with customers to resolve queries and encourage prompt payment
• Monitoring aged debt, identifying risks and escalating issues where necessary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing business ledgers within tight deadlines , experience of using financial systems including MS Office. You'll work closely with internal teams resolving discrepancies and support smooth billing processes. Preparing statements chasing schedules assisting month end reporting as well contributing continuous improvement initiatives within credit control function are also part key responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. A minimum two years' experience working as Business Ledger Manager

A solid understanding of Credit Control principles & practices.
