Financial Business Analyst
One of our London based financial clients are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their team. The Business Analyst will be a key role in supporting this clients Business Transformation program.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understanding of the business processes for group reporting, consolidations
project management environment.

  • Understanding of change management principals.
  • Ability to identify and manage project, process and control risks.
  • Demonstrable history of working in partnership with the business and key stakeholders to
understand and document end to end business processes and data flows

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), process modelling tools and
techniques

  • Ability to understand and accurately capture business requirements and to translate those
requirements into functional capabilities and to identify appropriate technology solutions.

  • Track record in process improvement through identification of process duplication, redundant
tasks, inefficiency, and manual activities to support our process standardization, simplification,

and automation efforts.

  • Strong Technical, Data and analytical skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and using
those tools to deliver impactful insights for end business users

  • Strong communication and documentation skills and an able to work in collaboration with
business stakeholders at all levels.
