Salary:
£34,000- £38,000 (OTE Min £60,000 - Top Advisors Expected YTD will be around £85,000)
We are a market-leading firm in the insolvency industry, and we are currently looking for another 5 Advisors.
We are looking for energetic, money hungry and career motivated individuals to join our team in a newly built offices with onsite Restaurant that we Subsidise and on-site parking in a well-located area.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and motivated team who pride themselves on helping clients live their lives again free from the worry of debt.
IVA Advisor Key responsibilities:
Speaking with clients at length about their current situation including recording all creditor details along with taking a full income and expenditure.
You will be required to assess the details taken and identify what is the best solution for their circumstances to help clear their debts as soon as possible.
You'll need a calm and empathetic phone manner, with the ability to explain things clearly.Experience and attributes required:

- Able to objection handle to a high standard
- Willingness to make outbound calls
- Ambitious and willing to do more than bare minimums
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Salary: £34,000-£38,000 per annum Based on Experience
OTE:
£60,000-£85,000 per Annum.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (Hours Negotiable) No weekends

IVA advice: 1 year (required)
