**Payroll Manager
Permanent
Based in Central Brighton (hybrid, 2 days in the office)
£39,000 - £45,000 per annum plus further benefits**Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an established business based in central Brighton on a permanent basis.

Your duties will include:

Accountable for the Group payroll operations, ensuring each stage of the payroll process is properly actioned
Teams are paid correctly, and correct payments and deductions are made
Ensuring that the appropriate information is communicated to our pension providers, HMRC and other statutory and pension scheme bodies
Manage the End of Year statutory returns required by HMRC, and the pension providers
Manage and motivate a small team
Detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation and national insurance rules

Key requirements:

A proven track record in Payroll working in SME or Large business
Hold a recognised qualification in Payroll and Pensions e.g. CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
Available on a short notice would be highly advantageous but not essential
