A new exciting Permanent Contact Centre Advisor Position in Leeds- Working for a reputable business within the Legal Sector

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working for a reputable law firm within a regulated environment handling a high volume of calls and ensuring the best level of customer service at all times.
You will be managing your own caseload of customers making sure service level agreements are exceeded and the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
The Successful Applicant:
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
An excellent telephone manner
Able to handle high volumes of work
Extremely customer centric
A good team player
