A Qualifications and Membership Administrator is sought to join this organisation for claims professionals, based in the City of London.


The role will include managing the member life cycle, including proactively encouraging members to take up and complete their qualifications.


Key objectives will include:

  • Managing member life cycle
  • Increasing the take up and pass rate of the Institute's qualifications
  • Providing guidance, support and encouragement on the services provided to members
  • Accelerating members' progress through the Institute's qualification framework


This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills who will be the first line of contact for all membership and qualification matters.

The Qualifications and Membership Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing guidance, support and encouragement on the services provided to members
  • Administration of the membership and examination process including registration
  • Manage examination process liaise with examiners and maintain database
  • Acting as the first point of contact for current and prospective members
  • Developing products and services to aid members' completion of qualifications including coordinating and developing online courses
  • Proactively contacting current members and maintaining a database and logging all communications
  • Coordinating and developing elearning platform in conjunction with other team members
  • Providing feedback to the team on membership and qualifications
The ideal Qualifications and Membership Administrator will possess the following:

  • Experience in a customer focused role
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
  • Delivering presentations to the team
  • Strong desire to work with others in a dynamic team
This is a central London office based role and the core hours are 9-5.

The role is within a small dedicated team and requires cooperation and provide support, contribution and back up to all team members.
