At Best2care we are looking to recruit Care Assistants who can help promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals.

Care Assistant - Key Duties:

Provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing.
Provide personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
Accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident's conditions.
Supporting our residents to maintain their independence.
Identifying and assisting with residents' needs.
Serving meals.
Assisting our residents as necessary.

Care Assistant - Requirements:

A willingness to commit to our shift patterns which are 7:30 AM 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM 8:00 PM. You choose the shift you work on a flexible basis.
You need to be willing to commit to at least 20 hours a week and be willing to work on at least one weekend a month.
Previous experience of working in the care sector and will have knowledge or life experience of caring for the elderly is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
A caring personality.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form.

Hourly rate:
£10.42 per hour for non-drivers

£13.00 per hour for drivers using the company car

£15.00 per hour for drivers using their own car
