- 6+ Month Ongoing Contract

Essentials:

Chartered Surveyor: MRICS
Experienced in the review of commercial and operational assets and the undertaking of associated options appraisal, preparation of business cases and associated valuation aspects.

Job Role:

Able to deal with the disposal of assets from inception through to completion. experienced in the procurement and management of external agents and consultants as required. a hands on role dealing with both routine and complex matters.
