Specsavers in Colchester is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Audiologist to become their next Audiology Director and Store Partner.

About the store

Situated just off the main high-street, Specsavers in Colchester has been in situ for 30 years and is a very established part of the community there.

Colchester is a large and busy store; it boasts 14 rooms in total; 12 optical and 2 dedicated Hearcare rooms with sound proofed booths.

The audiology rooms are equipped with the latest clinical technology including Otoscopes and Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) tests meaning you will have everything you need to perform hearing tests to the highest possible standards.

The audiology business sees a good mix of both Private and NHS customers.

A team of 60 staff work in this large store, of which there is a team of 4 dedicated audiology professionals.

The existing Partners are both really passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

As the new Audiology partner for this stand alone Audiology Hub, you would be joining 5 experienced partners: Colin Hope, Nicholas Hagan, Louise Stanton; Kiran Lal and Rebecca Longobardi who are all experienced optics and retail professions.
