Part -Time Bookkeeper (Interim) - Nr. Falmouth / Hybrid - Up to £32,000 FTE

Trial Balance are delighted to have been exclusively assigned by a specialist retail business located near Falmouth. The business is looking to recruit a part-time bookkeeper on a 9-month fixed-term contract, to cover for maternity leave.

  • Maintaining both the purchase and sales ledgers
  • Using Quickbooks to input invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Producing monthly profit and loss for the Director
  • Maintenance of personnel records and accurate filing of invoices
  • Debt and deposit control.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as requested by managers and directors.
