  • This is a fulltime permanent post, although a secondment for 12 months or parttime at 80%+ will be considered.
  • The People Directorate at Oxford Brookes University is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Chief People Officer. Flexible and hybrid working practices and continuing professional development are supported and encouraged and the position would suit someone who is keen to develop and grow in the role.
  • The People Directorate supports all parts of the University by enabling good people management and strategic people and organisational development activities. It includes the Health and Safety function, Occupational Health, an EDI team, and a nursery. More information about the People Directorate can be found on our website.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the Chief People Officer so tact, discretion, and a welcoming, positive manner are essential. You will have a thorough and organised approach to work and be able to cope with tight deadlines, unpredictable volumes of work and rapidly changing priorities. An excellent communicator, you will be confident dealing with a diverse range of people in a professional and personable manner. In addition, you will have meticulous attention to detail and will be reliable, adaptable and resilient with a commitment to delivering confidential support at the highest level.
