Description

Executive Assistant, Full time (35 hours) or Part time (minimum 21 hours). Salary £32,000 - £34,000 - permanent.

The efficient working of our Senior Executive and Non-Executive leadership is vital to the success of Crohn's & Colitis UK, and this role is crucial in making this happen.

As Executive Assistant you will be right at the heart of things and, as this is an administration heavy role, you'll be very much involved in organising and planning meetings, gathering paperwork, and especially recording and taking minutes.

You'll also be working with supportive colleagues, in a flexible working environment, have access to great learning opportunities and be part of a charity which is going places.

About you

You will have the ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines whilst taking ownership of problems to find a solution where possible, escalating to your manager where required.

Experience of Microsoft office is essential, as well as excellent administration skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

If you like the sound of our role then this could be an opportunity to join a leading charity as we enter the next stage of growth and expansion.

Our location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. But many of our staff work very effectively from home.

In this role, there is plenty of scope for doing that although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings.

It is possible therefore you could live almost anywhere in the country.
