Description

Due to staff progression, Bridge of Allan Health Centre are looking for a Patient Support Officer to join our friendly team.

We are busy GP practice located in the beautiful spa town of Bridge of Allan.

We have over 7,000 patients and the team includes 5 GP Partners, Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, Fantastic administration team of 7, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Pharmacy team and close links to the District Nurses and Health Visitors.


  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on their own and within a team
  • Good use of IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
The following is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided;

  • Experience of working within a patient facing/medical environment
  • Experience of NHS Systems such as Emis/Docman

From £10.55 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
