Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm

The role _

As the
Accounts Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Responsible for Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices.
  • Process invoices and expense forms.
  • Validate invoices against POs and resolve any queries.
  • Assist with reconciling cash receipts to outstanding invoices on the Sales Ledger.
  • Reconciling bank accounts.
  • Post all purchase ledger invoices to Sage.
  • Assist with the preparation of VAT and other statutory returns.

The experience required _

As a successful
Accounts Assistant, you will have the following:

  • Previous Accounts experience within retail.
  • Strong IT skills with intermediate Excel.
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent communication and customer skills.
