London for a reputable retail company.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm

The role _

As the
Accounts Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

Responsible for Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices.
Process invoices and expense forms.
Validate invoices against POs and resolve any queries.
Assist with reconciling cash receipts to outstanding invoices on the Sales Ledger.
Reconciling bank accounts.
Post all purchase ledger invoices to Sage.
Assist with the preparation of VAT and other statutory returns.

The experience required _

As a successful
Accounts Assistant, you will have the following:

Previous Accounts experience within retail.
Strong IT skills with intermediate Excel.
Fast learner.
Excellent communication and customer skills.
