The Whitebrook is a renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green Star & 4 AA rosettes, that's really heading to the next level and requires a waiter or waitress to join our team to help keep and further our list of accolades. Run by an exceptionally committed and passionate team, we operate over a 3 day week (Friday- Sunday) leaving a great balance to continue learning and developing your career.

You should be very food and service-oriented to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. This is an extremely hands-on role. You will have the opportunity to learn about foraged ingredients/herbs and work closely with local growers & producers of the Wye Valley and its borders.
