Description

Delivery, assessment and collection and set up of specialist, clinical chairs for patients/service users in the acute (and community) sectors

• Travel to our London based depots to load and unload supplied van with specialist seating.
• Managing and meeting patient and service user expectations of the SM Rentals brand
• Manage and keep up to date diary/job entries
• Maintain inventory standards.
• Assist with patient assessments for new specialist seating in acute sector
• Develop, with training, clinical expertise for identifying, documenting, solving and supporting patient and customer problems.
• Carry out servicing and repairs for Seating Matters chairs
• Have clear communication skills

For the suitable personnel, the next steps would include:

• Shadowing current team London based team to gain insight to position
• Travel to Seating Matters (main supplier) in Ireland factory to spend 2 days understanding the brand and company values and meet the extended team
• Gain understanding of clinical aspects of specialist seating to allow accurate prescription.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
