About Our Client:

My client is based just outside of Manchester City Centre in a Not for Profit, Educational setting. They are a well recognised school with a reputation as one of the top academic schools in the country.


The key responsibilities of a Billing Ledger Supervisor
will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Responsible for administration.
  • Full control of the fee ledger.
  • Team leadership within the office.
  • Annual reassessment of income.
  • Processing and allocation of fees.
  • Reconciliation of gross fees and adjustments.
  • Monthly reconciliation of pupil numbers.
  • Setting up billing accounts.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Billing Ledger Supervisor must possess the following skill set and experience.**- Previous background within Sales Ledger and Credit control roles.

  • Experience in Not for Profit and Charities OR Education setting desirable.
  • Leadership and Supervisory evidence.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Highly organised and an excellent attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn.
  • Able to plan and monitor the office schedule.
  • Ability to commute to Manchester.
