Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing business within the financial services sector. Priding themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients, comprising retail investors and financial intermediaries.

As part of their commitment to excellence, our client is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join their Client Relations team as a Client Relations Associate.


Role Overview:


As a Client Relations Associate, you will play an important part in assuring clients' satisfaction and retention while also helping the company's fundraising initiatives.

You will report to the Client Relations Manager and be responsible for responding to client questions in a timely and correct manner, quickly processing client requests, and maintaining thorough client records.

In addition, you will help with administrative work and participate to client engagement efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process client requests within established service level agreements, including updates to client personal details, transfer/withdrawal requests, and legal document processing.
  • Provide support for clients and advisers registering and using our online portal.
  • Conduct KYC and AML checks as required and maintain electronic client records across multiple systems.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as bulk mailings and production/distribution of investment documentation.
  • Support the organization of annual investor events and other client engagement initiatives.
  • Share client feedback with management and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Adhere to team and business policies and procedures, escalating complaints and operational incidents as necessary.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:
  • Preferably have experience in an Asset Management/Financial Services role.
  • Proactive with the ability to thrive in a high performance environment while maintaining integrity.
  • Experience in handling client inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong professional writing skills.
  • Commitment to providing quality service and support.
  • Adaptable and willing to undertake various tasks.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  • Interest in pursuing relevant qualifications such as the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) or Investment Management Certificate (IMC), with the expectation to complete Intelligent Partnership Qualification (VCT, EIS, BR) within three months of employment.
