Description

Established in 1966 we are one of Colchester's oldest established vehicle repair and service centres undertaking work for private, Insurance and general fleet partners.


This is a customer service advisor role and you will be required to cover every aspect of the vehicles journey through our repair/service centre.


The job involves the following:


  • Producing estimates for customers and work providers
  • Closely communicating with the workshop Technicians on the current vehicle progression.
  • Providing customers and work provider updates.
  • Ordering of parts from suppliers.
  • Upselling to current and new customers.

The job requires:


  • Good keyboard skills
  • Professional team working attitude
  • Good friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Email / general writing skills
  • To be able to work under pressure
  • Can work Saturday mornings if required
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
Up to £12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
