Customer Support Representative for a high-growth tech company in the creative arts industrytheprintspace is a best in class fine art & photographic printing studio with an outstanding customer satisfaction reputation.
We are looking for a focussed and intelligent Customer Support Representative ready to take a forward career step in the exciting creative industry space.
The position is based at our fantastic Shoreditch studio, in the heart of London's thriving creative community.
We are a fast-growing company based in the UK with a branch in Germany, and further branches planned in the USA.
- Web orders
- To take orders for fine art & photo prints, mounts and frames. Our clients here are both professional and amateur artists predominantly in the UK, Europe & North America.
- Dropshipping
- To allow web stores to integrate their order systems to enable automatic fulfillment of art print orders. Our clients here are leading artists, social media influencers and prestigious media & arts organizations.
The Role
Responsibilities
- Adopt and deliver our 'think boutique' approach to customer service
- Help walkin clients onsite at theprintspace, London
- Identify & assess customer's needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to concerned authority when necessary
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, honest and interactive communication
- Provide accurate & complete information to improve customer satisfaction leading to noticeable results

- Has an appreciation of art and photography
- Experience in a customer service or a customer interactive/facing role
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different personality types
- Highly driven, with a passion for delivery exceptional standards
Working shift
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working days: Monday
- Friday
- Working hours: 9am 6pm or 10am 7pm
Package
We are willing to offer a great package to the right person for the job.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
