Application Support Analyst
Oxfordshire / Berkshire / Northants / Oxford / Bicester / Oxon / flexible working
C £2- 33k plus bonus plus benefits

The 2nd Line Support/ Application support analysts team deal with escalations of system and technical issues that require investigation prior to resolution.

You will also be engaging with our customers on a variety of levels across their respective businesseswith support from the Product Management team, while you assist with the implementation of bespoke technical projects.

The position does provide exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.

As part of the team, you will also have the opportunity to help improve systems, procedures and knowledge base by contributing and collaborating.

To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate strong client-driven experience and have exceptional questioning, listening and problem-solving skills.

You will have experience working within a customer facing or support role / team.

You will understandhow to provide a high standard of customer service / support and the processes of customer service / support.
