Hours: 40 Hours a week

Hambrooks services cover the whole of Hampshire and into the surrounding counties.


Based at our Curdridge office in Curdridge, the company currently has vacancies for Trainee Landscape Garden Designers, to work within a team of designers, learning how to provide potential clients with reliable and workable solutions for their garden projects.


Responsibilities Include;

SALES/DESIGN:


  • To assist with converting enquiry leads into live projects
  • Help achieve the sales forecasted budgets
  • Learn techniques to provide customers with solutions for their gardens, present detailed drawings

ESTIMATING:


  • Understand client's requirements
  • Learn how to provide customers with competitive quotes maintaining profit margins

PEOPLE:


  • Build teamwork
  • Learn to provide clear Instructions & undertake appraisals

QUALITY & PROCEDURES:


  • Oversee workmanship via the supervisor
  • Learn & follow internal procedures

SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of working as a designer/or horticulture qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety

£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
