Senior Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Tunbridge Wells


Salary:
£25-27,000


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver a professional and courteous service to effectively support customers
  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls
  • Other admin tasks inc. setting up and maintaining customer records, placing and managing customer orders and faults, and more

Key Requirements:


  • Min. 2 years experience dealing with small to medium business customers
  • Passion for service delivery and a desire to support customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate especially Excel
