WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our organization as a Global L&D Senior Coordinator. The Global L&D team is currently completing a large scale learning transformation.

As we move to a 'Learning Journey' approach, this role will be critical to supporting the roll out efforts, the current operational team requirements and allowing us to maintain the launch timeframes.


  • Develop and maintain a pool of skilled and diverse internal and external facilitators for Global L&D programs and journeys
  • Work with the transformation teams and faculty team to staff internal trainers to support specific sessions, considering their expertise, availability, and program requirements. This will include communication reach outs, working with EAs on scheduling, managing the scheduling database, raising issues as they arise and being the point person to fill availability slots
  • Monitor participant feedback and collaborate with facilitators to address any areas for improvement. Identify training needs for facilitators and coordinate their upskilling activities accordingly.
  • Support the set up of train the trainer sessions for new facilitators and the transformation efforts to build elevated technical set ups of our Internal trainers
  • Host and produce virtual live sessions; engage with learners and trainers and manage virtual meeting needs and support any learner needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, transformation teams, other (senior) stakeholders within the organization, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for select external vendors, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to faculty management, participant feedback, and program logistics.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:


  • Processing information quickly and accurately, with a high attention to detail and experience in doublechecking and crosschecking own work
  • Demonstrating an excellent customer focus; being responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency
  • Handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines thanks to your organizational and project management skills
  • Working cooperatively with other team members, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks
  • Developing effective working relationships with BCG staff across all levels of seniority
  • Written and oral communication, with fluent English skills
  • Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to create visually appealing and datadriven reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience working within a fast paced, challenging organization
  • A passion to add value and work in a fast paced role and team
  • Experience in professional services and building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proven organizational skills, including ability to effectively manage and prioritize work, and communicate these workplans to managers and teams
  • Proven confidence working in a virtual setting and managing virtual meeting tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Comfortable working in a global environment with virtual contacts and collaborating across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (SABA) and Tableau are a plus.

As a complex matrix structured organization, you will also work with L&D teams in our local systems across our regions as well as with counterparts and colleagues in our Global L&D teams.

You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
