Description

I am working with a local building & maintenance contractor to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Exeter.

You will be working as part of a team carrying out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.


Duties will include:

  • Assisting operatives with responsive repairs
  • Replacing and repairing locks
  • General maintenance
  • Remedial work
  • Logging new jobs

You will need:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Own tools
  • Own transport

Salary:
£10.42-£14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
On the road
