Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a
Internal Recruiter

Rate - £18.66 per hour.

Length - 6+ Month Contract


Your Role;
Preferably with experience in recruiting for children's services.

This is a high workload and high demand area so someone who can work in this environment with stakeholders is essential.


Job Purpose:


  • Building relationships with internal customers and a range of partners to deliver an efficient and effective service.
  • Support the management and delivery of effective recruitment and selection services including advertising jobs, utilising our advertising platform to ensure that recruitment campaigns are delivered to the highest standards, coordinating and participating in selection procedures.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of service standards relating to recruitment and selection and produce monitoring reports.
  • Support the Resources & Business Coordinator to regularly review recruitment and selection procedures and practices to ensure their continued effectiveness.
