Logistics Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

  • Strong scheduling experience and administrative background
  • Route planning
  • Booking and arranging deliveries
  • Agreeing and negotiating fees with transport companies
  • Liaise with production to ensure orders are ready on time
  • Liaise with customers and provide updates on deliveries and notify them of any possible delays
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring prices agreed match invoices
  • General Administration duties
  • At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role
  • High level of attention to detail and be able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Organisation and time management skills
