Role Purpose
The Wholesale Specialist Healthcare is responsible for the day to day operational management of given HC customers.

They are a primary contact for our Healthcare partners, providing a pivotal operational link between the HC customers and multiple internal Danone teams.

They are responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, order processing and communication, achieving target service levels, maintaining depot stock levels and end customer availability.

The wholesale Specialist is also responsible for identifying and supporting the implementation of end to end operational efficiencies.

Role Focus

Management of daily operations for given customers; order processing, quota execution, returns management, communication of delivery exceptions and availability outlook
Collaborate with customers to improve availability and to resolve delivery issues (community, hospitals or retail channel)
Communicate short term supply issues and mitigation plans
Be a key point of contact for order related queries within external and internal customer base
Manage customer claims for fast and efficient processing in collaboration with Danone Business Services
Provide flexible cover as needed across the HC team to ensure maintenance of daily processes
Support implementation of new products into new or existing routes to market, with support of Demand & Supply Planning teams
Prompt and proper escalation of issues to the relevant stakeholders within the business
Support the Customer Collaboration Managers with meeting preparations, continuous improvement activity and project delivery

About you

As a successful Wholesale Specialist we would love to see you demonstrate:

Experience in Supply Chain /Sales / Customer Service, preferably in Healthcare/Pharma industry
Demonstrate strong, cross functional working with key stakeholders in Supply Chain and Sales
Very strong relationship building & communication skills to be able to manage customer expectations in a range of situations and varied constraints
Strong Analytical skills able to interpret data and add insight and relevance to data
Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
Experience of working with SAP
